If I could give more than 5 stars to both Barb & Shelia Sheehan, I would! We are doing a cross country move and bought a house through virtual tours with Barb & Shelia before going to see it in person. We trusted them that much! From the 1st call with them, they heard what we wanted, what we didn't want, what our budget was, small & big details, timing issues, working with our local agent here who was selling our home simultaneously, and stuck with it all which saved everyone time and frustration making the transaction seamless. Also, moving cross country has challenges that a local move does not. Barb & Shelia used their local connections to help us when needed for things like insurance, contractors, warranty companies for the appliances in the home, etc...They are still helping us weeks after the purchase of the house which is amazing and unheard of these days for the most part.
