Barbara"Barb" Wade
With nearly two decades of real estate experience, I’ve had the privilege of helping families achieve the dream of homeownership since beginning my career in 2007. My journey has allowed me to successfully serve clients in both New Mexico and Florida, guiding buyers and sellers through everything from first homes to investment properties.
Since relocating to Florida in 2018 and becoming a permanent resident of Panama City Beach, I’ve continued to build my business around service, communication, and results. On average, I work with approximately 20–25 clients each year, giving every customer the attention and guidance they deserve while maintaining the experience needed to navigate a wide variety of market situations.
Clients know me for being attentive, responsive, and fully invested in their goals. I believe communication matters, which is why I prioritize returning calls promptly, creating thoughtful strategies, and truly listening to what my customers want. Every transaction is different, and I approach each one with a tailored plan rather than a one-size-fits-all approach.

Google 5 Star Review: My agent, Barb Wade worked SO hard for me helping me find a home as an out of state buyer. I was dealing with so much on the other end 1500 miles away and was heavily dependent on her to be my "boots on the ground" here once I picked out a house. The home had some issues and Barb stayed right with it for me checking behind the contractors, etc. I trusted her to do the walk thru when the closing date was moved up and I physically could not get there. That is saying a lot! She was also there for both inspections. She truly went above and beyond and cheerfully! My family noted how many houses we went to see on several trips and all I could say was "I think she loves to look at houses"! We are doing a cross country move and bought a house through virtual tours with Barb & Shelia before going to see it in person. We trusted them that much! From the 1st call with them, they heard what we wanted, what we didn't want, what our budget was, small & big details, timing issues, working with our local agent here who was selling our home simultaneously, and stuck with it all which saved everyone time and frustration making the transaction seamless.
