Google 5 Star Review: My agent, Barb Wade worked SO hard for me helping me find a home as an out of state buyer. I was dealing with so much on the other end 1500 miles away and was heavily dependent on her to be my "boots on the ground" here once I picked out a house. The home had some issues and Barb stayed right with it for me checking behind the contractors, etc. I trusted her to do the walk thru when the closing date was moved up and I physically could not get there. That is saying a lot! She was also there for both inspections. She truly went above and beyond and cheerfully! My family noted how many houses we went to see on several trips and all I could say was "I think she loves to look at houses"! It was so helpful for me to see what was available that checked my boxes so that I felt confident with the one I chose. I highly recommend Barb Wade!

We are doing a cross country move and bought a house through virtual tours with Barb & Shelia before going to see it in person. We trusted them that much! From the 1st call with them, they heard what we wanted, what we didn't want, what our budget was, small & big details, timing issues, working with our local agent here who was selling our home simultaneously, and stuck with it all which saved everyone time and frustration making the transaction seamless. Also, moving cross country has challenges that a local move does not. Barb & Shelia used their local connections to help us when needed for things like insurance, contractors, warranty companies for the appliances in the home, etc...They are still helping us weeks after the purchase of the house which is amazing and unheard of these days for the most part.
